It has a counter balanced rotating roof hatch, remotely controlled roof lights, a back up camera system and electric power winch. It exceeds the current ballistic rating of any vehicles available in the South Bay Cities.<br /> <br /> The vehicle will be shared equally among the participating cities. It may be parked at each of the police stations for two months before its rotation to the next station.
